Kids just can't manage their technology time. This was an unusual experience where older folks are absorbed in their technology. Usually they would be complaining about the young kids. This couple also stood out because they clearly have idle time. Most Thai people we saw are working long hours 6 days a week.

Beautiful Sunset in Bangkok from the Don Mueang domestic airport. There are two airports in Bangkok. Don Mueang is domestic, Suvarnabumi is the International one. Don Mueang also does international flights but within Asia. Don Muang and the international airport are 15 or 20 miles apart which is really far if you have to catch a connecting flight and possibly a day trip if you travel during rush hour. Rush hour can be really bad in Bangkok.

This reminds me of the painting Nighthawks by Edward Hopper. This would be the modern coffee shop version of the old diner scene. This is the Starbucks in the Savarnabumi airport. It sits on the aisle with international shops against the wall facing the planes

Kind of a science project abstract with muted colors. This park had a huge variety of jungle plants that I have often seen in office settings. I called it the office plant park. The plants and trees were gorgeous and mostly natural. It also bordered farmland where we saw groves of palms and other domesticated trees.

View of fisherman at the reservoir making camp. This is in Kathu at a reservoir which is used for recreation, socializing and fishing. There is a large parking lot where people gather after work and walk, run and bike.

The distillery park in Kathu. In the center of the Kathu loop is a park with a pond and an old distillery building. The distillery has been converted to a history museum for the area.
